Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. For orders with multiple items, the period begins on the day on which you or a third party took possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sonus Aeris GmbH, Erdbergstraße 10/64, A-1030 Vienna, Austria, info@sonusaeris.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration.

Electronic Withdrawal (new from 19 June 2026): You can conveniently exercise your right of withdrawal via the button "Withdraw from contract here" directly in your customer account. After confirmation, you will automatically receive a confirmation email.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. You bear the cost of returning the goods.
