Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed
through our online shop by consumers and businesses.

3. Offer and Contract Conclusion
By clicking the "Buy" button, you place a binding order
for the items in your shopping cart. The contract is
concluded upon shipment of the goods.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
Our prices are fixed prices including statutory VAT.
Information on shipping costs and delivery terms can be
found on our homepage.
5. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer
within the delivery time stated in the shop. The statutory
maximum delivery period is 30 days from conclusion of
contract; this period is met upon shipment of the goods.
6. Payment
The payment methods offered in the shop apply.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until payment is made in
full.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal as per our
withdrawal policy.
9. Warranty and Liability
Statutory warranty rights apply. Please follow the care
instructions on the label.
10. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on
Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Consumers
may bring legal action at their place of residence.
